I was a bit disappointed with this. It feels cheaper than I expected, and the edges were kind of rough when I took it out. For the price, I thought it would be nicer, but it just didn’t really feel worth it

I ordered from Artona and at first I was actually happy with it. The material feels sturdy and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap, which was a relief. But after using it for a bit, I noticed some small wear marks already, and that kind of took the excitement down a notch. Nothing has broken or anything, so I’m still glad about that, but I expected it to stay looking new a little longer. Overall, it’s fine for the price, just not something I’d call amazing

The site looks decent when you first open it, but actually using it got frustrating quickly. A few pages were slow to load, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic information.

On my phone, everything felt a little cramped, and some of the buttons and menus weren’t very obvious. I also got confused during the ordering process and had to backtrack a couple of times, which felt like a preventable issue.

I did manage to get through it in the end, so the site technically works. It just wasn’t a smooth experience, and with a bit more attention to layout and navigation, it could be much easier to use.

Also, the reminder emails/pop-ups felt way too aggressive after I looked around, which got annoying fast

The only thing is that a few of the choices could’ve been explained a bit better, I had to pause and figure out what some of them meant. Overall though, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d use them again

I ordered from Artona and, to be fair, the packaging was solid. The box felt sturdy and everything inside was wrapped well, so the actual items arrived in perfect condition.
I’m giving 4 stars because one corner of the outer box had a small dent. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did look like someone wasn’t exactly careful with it during handling. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged.

The overall look just feels kind of old to me. Come on now, it could really use a refresh to feel more modern.

I appreciated that the prices on artona.eu were clear right from the start. I always get a bit suspicious when checkout suddenly adds random fees, and thankfully that didn’t happen here. The whole thing was just easy to follow, like I knew what I was paying for before placing the order. Also, it just felt fair, which sounds simple but makes a big difference. Anyway, smooth experience overall, 5 stars from me.
